Japanese police arrest man after car ploughs into schoolchildren

In Osaka, Japan, a 28-year-old Tokyo resident was arrested after allegedly driving his car into seven elementary school children on their way home from school. The children sustained injuries, including a fractured jaw, but remained conscious. The suspect confessed to police that he intentionally targeted the children because he was "fed up with everything.
