Vietnam agrees to minimum 20% tariff; US goes duty-free

President Trump has announced a trade deal with Vietnam, eliminating duties on US goods entering the country while imposing a 20% levy on Vietnamese exports to the US. Vietnam confirmed an agreement to address reciprocal tariffs, with the US potentially reducing taxes on Vietnamese exports. The US also plans a 40% tax on goods transshipped through Vietnam.
