Thursday, 3 July 2025 () Russia has officially recognized the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, presidential envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov confirmed to RIA Novosti. “Recognized,” Kabulov said in response to a direct question on the matter.
