A 2024 GASTAT report reveals that 71% of Saudi citizens are under 35, with a median age of 23.5, highlighting a youthful population. Saudi households average five members, with nuclear families most common. Men head 83.1% of households, and apartments are the most popular housing type. The data supports planning aligned with the Kingdom’s development goals.
