GOP Sen. Rand Paul Said He'd Vote To Block Trump's National Emergency

Business Insider reports Kentucky Sen.

Rand Paul said he would vote in favor of blocking President Donald Trump's national emergency declaration.

Paul said, "We may want more money for border security, but Congress didn't authorize it.
