Many of you might have seen that facebook video that shows a rome liquor store owner firing an employee while his son, also an employee, yells at her.

The female employee appears to be recording the entire exchange on her cell phone.

In the video, the son, jason de shane, can be heard yelling obscenities and making threats.

De shane is a licensed handgun owner.

Now, under the red flag law, police have seized multiple guns from the de shane home.

This is where newschannel 2's joleen ferris picks up the story for us.

She's live in the studio.

Joleen?

Thanks, katrina.

The female employee never raises her voice in the video.

De shane, at one point, says i'll catch you in the saloon and at another point, mumbles about killing people.

This heated and menacing exchange takes place at the liquor warehouse, in rome.

And because of it and what was said during it, a state sumenacing exchange takes place at the liquor warehouse, in rome.

And because of iorder, and rome police and the oneida county regional swat team went to the home and seized all of the guns in home, handguns and long guns.
