Angela Merkel handshake rebuffed by interior minister
German Chancellor Angela Merkel's outstretched hand was rebuffed by her interior minister at a meeting with migrant groups in Berlin on Monday, as the country updated the number of people infected with the new virus to 150.
President of the Robert Koch Institute, Lothar Wieler, said the situation in Germany had developed "very dynamically".
