UPDATE: Gragson civil case hearing delayed, survivors of deadly Las Vegas DUI crash seek justice
A hearing for the civil case against millionaire Scott Gragson's deadly DUI crash has been delayed.
Four parties, including the estate of the woman who died, are suing Gragson, saying he was drinking heavily before getting behind the wheel of a car.
Attorney's for the victims say, because of the guilty plea they would like to push the case back for three weeks.
They have spoken to the defense team who agreed to the decision.
