Never too late! 94-year-old Memphis grandpa learns to play the ukulele with daughter during quarantine

The incredibly heartwarming moment is seen when 94-year-old widower Al Yearwood decides that the quarantine is the best time to finally learn to play the ukelele.

"He played a small amount of guitar to his children growing up but he nobody ever really heard him sing or play!

My Aunt Cathy, who checks in on him daily, was looking for something to do during quarantine that would be fun, so she taught him to play," said Kerri, his granddaughter.

The Memphis, Tennesee man's wife sadly passed 12 years ago, Kerri tells Newsflare in an exclusive interview, but that hasn't slowed Al at all.

The former entrepreneur, fisherman, tennis player, inventor, and father of 6 still exercises on his stationary bike every day and is picking up new ho Al's displayed his Polynesian picking on Sunday (April 12)
