The superintenden t of rochester public schools this afternoon and he says they have been planning on this decision from the governor for quite some time.xxx it's not a surprise for me.

I think i've even done a couple of interviews and was asked that question and i said i think we'll be under this current situation through the rest of the school year so that's kind of been our thought process as we've been planning and organizing things.

Munoz also says they recently sent out a survey to analyze how distance learning is going for students?

And staff?

And will be going through that information in the days ahead to make adjustments to their distance learning plan.
