Stranded migrants workers in Bengaluru are facing another hardship after getting permission to return back to their hometown.

Migrant workers said they don't have enough money to buy even a bus ticket as lockdown has tremendously hit their livelihoods.

A migrant worker, who used to work in a private company said, "I have no income since 2 months, I don't have enough money to go back to my hometown.

They are asking too much money.

Government should give us some discount." the Home Ministry allowed movement of stranded migrant workers between states on April 29.
