And he says it mightnot help him at alAll the people on a busystreet like 39th street thatwinever be closed down, wehave a hospital down thestreet.

And we're in the middlof a block, we can't reallyexpand around a corner, thputs us at a disadvantage.Just two doors down,d'Bronx's management saythis could work out perfectlyfor themWe are for it.

It would be greatbecause then we could utilizeall the space outside.d'Bronx is at the corner of39th & Bell and has a lot ofsidewalk space.

They tried toput tables outside before, butsay the permit fees were tooexpensive. This ordinance wouldn'timpose any feeIt would be something we'ddefinitely be able to do rightaway, cause we do havetables and chairsHabiger is concerned tordinance naturally favorsentertainment districts likeWestport and P&L, which arealready equipped to shut downstreets.I think it's great that they'retrying to think of anythingpossible to do right now, butthey've got to think about theentire restaurant system andnot just certain entertainmentdistricts.Restaurants could still servalcohol outside..they'd get atemporary permit..

And wouldhave to go throughinspections before.Sarah Plake 41 action news.RIGHT NOW --RESTAURANTS IN KANSASCITY HAVE VERY SPECIFICGUIDELINES.TO NAME A FEW RULES --TEN FEET BETWEENTABLES --BAR SEATING AND BUFFETSERVICES ARE NOTALLOWED.RESTAURANTS ARE ALSO
