Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Nitin Gadkari said that country's progress could not be done on the basis of Congress' economic policies adopted after 1947 when the country got independence.

"The progress of the country could not be done on the basis of the economic policies adopted by the Congress government after 1947.
