GIRI AND CARUANA AFTER MATCH STORY: After four draws to open his day, Anish Giri claimed a dramatic win over Fabiano Caruana in his final match to grab a share of the Group B lead at Chessable Masters.

Giri's win over American world number two Caruana gave the Dutchman a score of 3/5 and tied him with Frenchman Maxime Vachier-Legrave atop Group B.

Day two of the preliminary round of the Chessable Masters online tournament saw the majority of matches end in draws.
