People who registered for Haj 2020 should be given priority next year: Bihar Haj Committee

Executive Officer of Bihar Haj Committee, Rashid Hussain on June 29 stated the Committee has requested the central government that people who had registered for Haj 2020 should be given priority when registration for Haj 2021 starts.

"Also, higher preference should be given to devotees who are above the age of 70 years," he added.

Earlier, the central government cancelled Haj Yatra 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.
