Watch: Criminal in Meerut climbs rooftop after shooting at bank guard

A man shot at a guard at Syndicate Bank in Sardhana area in Meerut on July 08 and then, he climbed to rooftop and kept firing and dancing for two hours.

Later police arrested him.

Speaking on the incident, SSP of Meerut, Ajay Sahni said, "A man shot at a guard at Syndicate Bank in Sardhana area today.

When policemen tried to arrest him, he made his way to a nearby rooftop and kept firing from two country-made pistols for two hours before he was arrested.

He has sustained injuries in one of his legs.

Further investigation is underway."
