Deputies say a Barbourville man died after being shot by another driver in an apparent road rage incident Wednesday afternoon in Laurel County.

Being called an apparent road rage shooting in county.

According to the sheriff's office... words were appareantly exchanged between two drivers after an alleged incident on u-s 25 east.

Deputies say the drivers..

Pulled off of u-s 25 onto hanes baker road..

And one of the drivers shot the other.

40 year old jack davis was taken baptist healthcare hospital where he later died.
