UGC final year exam: SC upholds exam but delay option available | Oneindia News
The Supreme Court today said that states cannot promote students without holding final year university exams. The top court however said that the states can approach the exam conducting body to push the dates for the exam in view of the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic.
