Forest officers rescue python in UP's Rampur

A python was rescued by forest officers in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur on September 26.

Python was rescued from Sihari village of Rampur district.

It had consumed a large prey so was not able to move.

Python was later released in the forest.

Speaking to ANI, the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Rajiv Kumar said, "It (Python) had consumed a large prey so it was not able to move.

The python was released in the forest."
