Last year... spencer wolf made his first trip to state after missing out as a freshman... but the ranger wasn't satisfied with his performance.
In the offseason..
Wolf made some changes to his training routine that he believes will make the difference this time around.
I've worked on eating well, getting a lot of sleep, and then just running smarter and pushing myself harder during workouts just to get ready for this meet.
