‘No success so far in talks with China’: Rajnath Singh on Ladakh issue

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh spoke on the tussle with China at the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh.

Rajnath Singh said that talks with China are underway but have not yielded any results so far.

The Defence Minister added that deployment at the border cannot be decreased at this time.

If there is status quo, it is natural how deployment can be reduced.

There will be no reduction in our deployment and I fell their deployment will also not come down.

I don't think that status-quo is a positive development at all.

Talks are on and they result in a positive outcome, that is our expectation,’ Rajnath Singh said.
