Footage of a large crowd of teenagers hitting the parks in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, this evening (Wednesday Mar 31).

With little social distancing or masks, the teens gathered into the evening to drink with friends as temperatures hovered around an unseasonable 20 degrees Celsius.
