Walnut Creek Officers Cleared in 2019 Shooting of Miles Hall
The Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office announced Friday that no charges will be filed against the officers involved in the 2019 fatal shooting of Miles Hall, a 23-year-old man experiencing a mental health crisis near his home.
