The officer noticed the teen wasn't a student at the school and says they searched the teen because of their loose clothing. During the search they found a loaded handgun.

One of the former Loveland police officers facing charges in the arrest of a woman with dementia was back in court Tuesday afternoon. Austin Hopp said nothing during his first advisement.
She was arraigned on two counts of filing a false police report.
