The McNugget reportedly appeared to resemble a character from the popular video game, 'Among Us.'.

The seller, who goes by Polizna on the site, had originally listed the curiously shaped McNugget at just 99 cents.

As explained in the listing, the McNugget was found inside a McDonald’s BTS Meal.

A promotional menu option launched in collaboration with K-Pop band BTS.

The official Twitter account of the game even commented on the pricey auction.
