The CCTV video, captured in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province on June 19, shows a driverless truck slowly moving towards a man standing beside his scooter.
After the truck bumped into the scooter, the man moved away to try to avoid being hit.
However, one of his feet was run over by a red car driving past the road.
Since the speed of the red car was not fast, the man’s foot only suffered scratches.
The case is under further investigation.
