Nearly two decades after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russian radical Imran Zakayev, wishing to return the world to the Cold War era when the two superpowers faced each other, has colluded with a Middle Eastern warlord, the ultra-religious and nationalist Khaled Alasad, to build a terrorist regime that is a serious threat to world peace and stability, with a regular army and nuclear weapons, using Russian-made weapons and Islamic religious power .
