Massachusetts Man Fakes Arrest in Elaborate Marriage Proposal

We’ve seen some pretty extra marriage proposals, but this one might take the cake: A man in Whitman, MA, used real-life local police to fake his arrest at a nearby restaurant and then proposed to his girlfriend after being led out of the place in cuffs.

According to Whitman PD, the man’s in-laws were also present at the restaurant and in on the ruse.
