Musk, Twitter CEO Agrawal depositions delayed ahead of October trial
Elon Musk and Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal were set to be questioned by each other's lawyers under separate depositions.
However, the depositions have been delayed ahead of the October trial.
One wonders if Agrawal was attempting to back out of the depositions and possibly even the lawsuit by offering to go back to the negotiation table with Musk to re-negotiate the Twitter deal to avoid airing Twitter's 'dirty laundry'.
This seems plausible after Twitter's former employee Peiter “Mudge” Zatko decided to whistleblow on Twitter.
