Thousands of residential buildings have been destroyed there by regular shelling, and all utility and critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged.
The residents had no electricity or water.
During the retreat, Russian troops destroyed all roads and bridges.
After the de-occupation in the liberated territories, Ukrainian workers are trying to restore the crossings.
