President Zelensky says Kyiv is aiming to reclaim Crimea which was annexed by Russia in 2014.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin has warned that any Ukrainian attacks on the Russian-annexed Crimea would be “extremely dangerous”.

The Kremlin’s statement came Russia's former president, Dmitry Medvedev, has warned of a "nuclear war" if the country is defeated in Ukraine.
