Labour dismiss PMs migrant plan as 'headline grabbing gimmick'
Labour's Wes Streeting dismisses the government's plan to ban people who arrive on small boats from claiming asylum in the UK as "another headline grabbing gimmick".
The shadow health secretary also says the legislation "is very unlikely to get through Parliament" or "get by the courts" which he claims the government hopes is the case "so they can blame other people".
