Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu allegedly blamed ‘Bihari architects’ for the recent wave of destruction in the state.

He also attributed it to structural deficiencies and rampant construction.

However, CM Sukhu later refused he made the remarks in the earlier interview.
