Iran authorities defuse 30 bombs in Tehran and detain 28 people, Tasnim reports | Oneindia News
Authorities in Iran released a statement claiming that they had neutralised 30 explosives.
Citing the intelligence ministry, Iran's Tasnim news agency reported that the explosives were meant to go off simultaneously in Tehran.
Reports revealed that Iranian authorities also detained 28 terrorists who had connections with the terror group Islamic State and were involved in the terror plot.
A massive explosion has reportedly rocked the area near Kazerun in southern Iran, triggering a large fire believed to have originated at an IRGC underground ammunition depot. Eyewitnesses described intense flames, windows shattering, and shockwaves felt up to 50 kilometers away. This incident is the latest in a series of mysterious fires and blasts across Iran â including factory fires in Mashhad and Tehran â raising serious questions about internal sabotage, military vulnerabilities, or possible external strikes.
