British-Iraqi rapper Lowkey called out Piers Morgan, a self-confessed admirer of Nelson Mandela, for turning a blind eye on Israel’s apartheid against Palestinians.

Lowkey reminded Piers that Mandela was once branded a terrorist for fighting against apartheid, the very same same struggle Palestinians are now undertaking.

So why the selective memory?

Lowkey highlights Israel’s attempt at evicting a million Palestinians from Gaza and reminds Morgan that the vast majority of human rights organisations rightly describe Israel’s policies as apartheid.
