Tanzania Floods: Death toll due to landslides jumps to 47, around 85 injured | Oneindia News
A natural calamity strikes northern Tanzania as devastating landslides, triggered by heavy flooding, claimed the lives of at least 47 people and left 85 others injured.
The incident occurred in the town of Katesh, situated 300 kilometres north of the capital, Dodoma, following intense rainfall on Saturday.
'Children of Honey' highlights the struggle of the Hadzabe community to preserve its traditions and language. It was one a dozen documentary films shortlisted as part of the 'Impact Days' programme organised by the International Film Festival and Forum for Human Rights in Geneva.
