Old man with White hair in our Town House Complex who has been working on my cars for years with my HOA and LAPD.

Not sure if this is him or a rotating lookalike.

Due to the fact these people with all the 1000's of tactics change and rotate daily and year after year since I was 5 years old.

To REMOVE from society at all costs.
