Haldwani Update: District Magistrate Charges Mob of Premeditated Violence in Haldwani |Oneindia News
Haldwani's violence, labeled pre-planned and unprovoked by District Magistrate Vandana Singh, erupted after the demolition of an allegedly illegal madrasa.

The forest department in Nainital has called for the assistance of the Indian Air Force and the Indian Army to combat a relentless forest fire that has been raging for over 36 hours, consuming numerous hectares of lush greenery. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced plans to convene a meeting to address the escalating situation of the Nainital forest fire in Haldwani district.
