Kensington Palace is speaking out in the midst of rumors swirling across the web and media regarding Kate Middleton's health and whereabouts following her January surgery.

On Thursday the palace shut down the rumors about the Princess of Wales after many wondered why we haven't seen the royal perform public duties in months.

Middleton has not been seen in public since attending Christmas Eve mass in Sandringham.
