Despite Being Ruled Unconstitutional, The Corporate Transparency Act Is NOT Dead

Immediately, people assumed that our long national nightmare was over.....and there was much rejoicing.

In this episode, I'll tell you what the lawsuit was about - what the plaintiffs alleged and how the government pushed back; why the judge ruled it unconstitutional; I'll explain the reasons why we STILL have to comply with the Corporate Transparency Act for the next 3-5 years, and what we can do to protect ourselves by running our businesses through our exempt entity.

Enjoy!
