Kate medical records breach: Investigation right and proper
Health minister, Maria Caulfield has said that it is “right and proper” that an investigation has been launched at the private central London hospital after it has been alleged that at least one member of staff tried to access Kate’s notes while she was a patient there in January.
Ms Caulfield said there could be “serious implications” for accessing the notes without permission, including prosecution or fines.
