Interview 720 with Jesse Boudreau on Permaculture and Herbalism

Jesse is a permaculture designer, an herbalist, and a natural philosopher.

He lives on a homestead in Northern New Mexico where he and his wife create food forests, cob buildings, herbal tinctures and teas, make music together, and study and explore natural living.

They have been installing food forest gardens, edible landscapes, and teaching herbalism, foraging, mushroom hunting, and mushroom cultivation for the last 20 + years.

Jesse has also been practicing the breatharian arts for 13 years.

He currently dryfasts 23 hours daily and primarily consumes juices, herbal teas, and broths.

By practicing and sharing simple natural health practices such as: sungazing, meditation, grounding, fasting and qi gong, he believes anyone can achieve this state of radical health.
