Born on July 6, 1946, in New York City, Stallone rose to fame with his portrayal of the underdog boxer Rocky Balboa in 1976, a role that earned him Academy Award nominations for Best Actor and Best Original Screenplay.

His character John Rambo, first appearing in "First Blood" (1982), became a symbol of American resilience and toughness during the 1980s.

Beyond acting, Stallone has also directed and produced numerous films, demonstrating a keen eye for storytelling and film production.
