Season three of 'Bridgerton' just scored the show's biggest opening weekend to date. According to Netflix, the first half of season three racked up 45.05 million views worldwide after its May 16th premiere. Given that views are calculated by total hours watched divided by running time, that's about 165.2 million hours of viewing time total.

Major layoffs have begun at Pixar, the animation studio behind hits franchises like 'Toy Story,' 'The Incredibles' and 'Finding Nemo.' The Hollywood Reporter has learned that leadership at the storied company that was bought by Disney in 2006 and brought viewers films like 'Up' and 'Coco' will notify employees of the reductions today. The long-expected restructuring will be the biggest in Pixar's history, although top leadership isn't impacted. Approximately 14 percent of Pixar's workforce, or around 175 employees, will be let go. Before the reductions, approximately 1,300 people worked at the animation studio.

'Yellowstone' has officially resumed production on season five. Paramount Network announced that filming on the Western hit's final season five episodes is now underway in Montana. While the start of production was later than previously thought, MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios still expect the drama to return in November, as previously announced last year.

Disturbing surveillance footage from 2016 was just released showing Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The surveillance video, obtained by CNN, is dated March 5, 2016 and shows what appears to be Combs, holding a towel around his waist, running after a woman who appears to be Ventura after she is seen exiting a hotel room. He is then seen grabbing her by the back of the neck and throwing her to the floor before turning to kick her.
