Delegates at the Labour conference have voted for a motion to reverse the winter fuel payment cuts. The vote is non-binding but showed an overwhelming majority voted in favour of reversing the decision to axe the benefit for millions of pensioners. The health secretary has vowed to end "two-tier healthcare" in the NHS in a speech delivered at the Labour conference. Wes Streeting said the NHS has let people down in recent years.
