President Biden is using campaign tricks to buy votes, using the full faith and credit of the United States as his stake.
He announced another student-loan bailout, bringing his total college-debt handout to $167 billion.
However, he has no congressional authority to cancel many of these loans and the Supreme Court has rejected his first bid to forgive up to $20,000 per student.
