Kelly Rowland was seen having what appeared to be a tense exchange with an usher at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday evening.
Photos and video of the now-viral moment at the premiere of the film 'Marcello Mio' quickly circulated on social media.
Rowland was seen posing for photos on the red carpet and waving to onlooking fans, when an usher directed her to ascend the steps, curtailing her time in front of the cameras.

Actor Michael Madsen died Thursday morning. He was 67.
