Noah Williams: My mental health’s not great when diving

Tom Daley’s diving partner Noah Williams opens up on the psychological toll that comes with being an elite athlete.

Williams and Daley won the silver medal in the men’s synchronised 10m platform diving at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris on Monday.

Williams had to overcome the death of his diving coach on his path to Paris.

In October 2021 Dave Jenkins, the Development Lead Coach for Dive London, passed away.
