The Supreme Court of Peru is set to deliberate on a request for a nine-month pre-trial detention for a Ukrainian national suspected of murdering a Russian woman in Yurimaguas.
The hearing is scheduled for August 12, just days after the alleged crime, which occurred on August 8.

US President Donald Trump has claimed Ukraine could be “crushed very shortly” unless it agrees to peace talks with Russia.
