A damning UN report has placed Israel and Russia âon noticeâ over credible allegations of sexu@l violence by their armed forces in conflict zones. UN Secretary-General AntĂłnio Guterres warned that both nations could be formally added to the blacklist of violators in next yearâs report if patterns persist. The findings cite abuses by Israeli security forces against Palestinian detainees, including forced nud!!ty and genital violence, while Russia faces similar scrutiny in Ukraine. In a historic first, Hamas has also been added to the list for sexu@l violence during the October 7 massacre and against hostages, following evidence from Project Dinah
